Launched Automatic Cage Welding Machine (MCWM-1200/2400)
Technical Collaboration with Italian Company – CPS Copma for Launching of Truck Mounted Knuckle Boom Crane Series “15 ton meter series” (Available in 6 ton meter series to 30 ton meter series)
Entered into a Technical Collaboration with Fujian Vinking Machinery Co. Ltd, China. This collaboration integrates Vinking’s Advanced German standard design, technology and automation expertise of the machine and vibration technology for Launching Concrete Block Making Machine (MBM 4-15/6-15/9-15)
Launched Dry Mix Mortar Plant (MDMP - 5 TPH TO 50 TPH Capacity )
Launched Vertical Casting Concrete Pipe Plant Machine (MVCP-315/320) & New Kerb Paver MKM -1200.
Launched Asphalt Drum Mix Plant (DM - 50 Capacity 60 to 90 TONS/HOUR & DM – 60 Capacity 90 to 120 TONS/HOUR)
Joint Venture with Italian company – SOCAGE SRL for launching of new products like “Truck Mounted Aerial Working Platforms”.
Introduced Concrete Batching Plant (MCP) capacity 160 m3, 180 m3, 200 m3 & 240 m3 per hour.
New Corporate House at Abhishree Corporate Park, Ahmedabad
Introduced Compact Concrete Batching Plant (MAC/MCP) capacity 112 m3 & 120 m3 per hour.
Launched Wet Mix Macadam Plant from capacity 300 & 350 TPH, which is generally utilized for construction of roads.
New Corporate office at SG Highway & consolidated all manufacturing at Matoda
Implemented Integrated Management System.
Third facility established to increase the manufacturing of Batching Plants and all series of equipment at Matoda.
Joint venture with Italian company – Dumec SRL for launching of new products like “Self Loading transit mixers ranging from 1 m3 to 4 m3 capacity” and “Dumpers ranging from 2 to 16 Ton capacity”.
Introduced series of Compact Concrete Batching Plant (MAC) ranging from 25 m3 to 90 m3 per hour.
Introduced user friendly Transit Mixers.
Commenced tie ups with dealers for easy availability of equipment PAN India.
Implemented ISO certification- ISO 9001.
Initiated designing, developing and manufacturing of customized plants.
Launched most efficient Wet Mix Macadam Plant from capacity of 120 TPH to 250 TPH, which is generally utilized for construction of roads.
Established the second factory for expansion in manufacturing of Stationary Concrete Batching Plant and increased capacity upto 120 m3 per hour at Changodar.
Initiated export of Batching Plants to Germany.
Pioneered the mobile technology in India by launching MOBILE, SEMI MOBILE & TRUCK MOUNTED CONCRETE BATCHING/MIXING PLANT of capacity from 12 m3 to 30 m3 per hour in technical collaboration with Danish company – INTERCON.
MACONS started manufacturing a series of Stationary Concrete Batching Plants (RMC) of 30 m3 per hour at the first manufacturing set up at Vatva.
For the first time in India, indigenously designed, developed and Introduced “Kerbing Machine” used for Kerb Laying for dividers, drain lines and much more. These machines proved ideal for successful operations at various NHAI projects all over India.
